Chaga Mushroom seems to be a promising supplement to add to other immune stimulating mushrooms you are taking. While investigating this I came across the following:
“In vitro studies have shown chaga to kill over 72% of stomach cancer cells; 69% of cervical cancer cells; 67% of breast cancer cells; 66% of lung cancer cells (Chung, 2010). It also stimulates natural killer cell activity (Park, 2005). Chaga acts on your immune system to fine tune it, so it more properly fights invaders.
It has also been shown to be virtually 100% effective in eliminating psoriasis (Bystrova, 1973), and shows promise in diabetes treatment as three weeks of supplementation with chaga reduced the blood sugar levels of diabetic mice by over 31%” (Sun, 2008). Now there are all sorts of Chaga Mushrooms on the market, but I found one which is standardized: ORGANIC SIBERIA CHAGA MUSHROOM Fresh INONOTUS OBLIQUUS Extract 300mg * 60Capsule
In the future I will be posting more on some other mushrooms that enhance immunity.
