Charged Hydrogen Water

Water is the basic necessity to life, but water does not have the value of quality and life giving energy that it once had. Just look at all the water filters and other devices available to process water in some way as to make it better??? Well good news. Some of you may have heard of the Kangen water system which costs thousands of dollars and similar devices which require complicated plumbing installation, etc.. I came across a water system that is affordable and compatible with other filters. I use the PUR water filter myself; but this system takes it one step further to produce life giving and enhancing water. This water that is produced is more alkaline and more hydrating (Ask yourself, when was the last time you drank something that was thirst quenching?) and more life force giving than just normal filtered or bottled water. In fact many experiments have been carried out proclaiming the benefits of Kangen type water. See the website for more information on this: Charged for Life. I personally have been using this system for about a month and have experienced many benefits. Basically this charged electrolyzer changes the water into smaller H2 and O2 molecules. This water is absorbed into the body 6x faster than ordinary tap water and is antioxidant, aerobic and antibacterial. It has many ramifications in pain management, cancer, arthritis, diabetes and other ailments.    So I hardily  endorse this device and would like to hear from others who have tried it.

Medical Chinese Body Cupping Set with Magnets Point Therapy

I recently purchase this Chinese aid on a whim; but to my surprise it actually works. The old Chinese method of using vacuum cups with candles has been updated with a pump apparatus and magnetic points. I used this: Medical Chinese 12 Body Cupping Healthy Set 6 Acupressure Magnets Point Therapy and tried it on my painful areas of my body and after only a few minutes it relieved my pain. It comes with an extension tube so you can use it on hard to reach areas. I highly recommend this.

Future posts for Pain Management will include: Charged Hydrogen water, a miracle fabric known as  cellient which help increase oxygen to the cells and stimulates circulation among other things, and some tourmaline germanium far infrared jewelry and wraps and various massagers including the IQ Massager .

Importance of Minerals in Pain Management and in Health

Country Life Recalls Target-Mins Iron Suppleme...

Minerals play an important part in bone health, but did you know that minerals also play a part in keeping and adjusting the PH of the blood? See Trace Minerals and pH: It’s Simply a Matter of HealthAmino Acids: The Powerful Proteins. In 1970 Albion Labs created the first of what became the industry standard for chelated minerals. Chelation is a natural process that takes place in the body to utilize minerals by forming bonds with amino acids (which make up protein). These bonds are called chelates. And since Albion labs created the first chelates that were the closest to the natural chelates found in the body, this was hailed as as breakthrough.

One of the scientist responsible for this initial process was Dr. Sen-Maw Fang.  Dr. Fang has since moved on to develop a superior chelate, which I can testify to, having used over the years and recommended to others. See: Mineral Supplement Manufacturers | About Mineral Chelation | AMT Labs. Dr. Fang has since retired but his son carries on. The minerals formulated by him were called “Target Mins”.  One of the companies producing these is Country Life who have several Target Mins formulas. These formulas are important in helping the body with many processes and have promise in helping conditions such as Arthritis and Pain Management. The first of these is: Country Life Target Mins Iron-free Total Mins Multi-mineral Complex, 150-Count This formula contains:
Niacin (as chromium polynicotinate) 0.5 mg 2%
Calcium (as calcium hydroxyapatite, citrate,
alpha-ketoglutarate, aspartate, lysinate) 1000 mg (1 g) 100%
Phosphorus (as calcium hydroxyapatite) 500 mg 50%
Iodine (from kelp) 150 mcg 100%
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, taurinate, citrate, alpha-ketoglutarate aspartate) 500 mg 125%
Zinc (as zinc citrate, picolinate, monomethionine) 15 mg 100%
Selenium (as selenium amino acid chelate,
L-selenomethionine) 100 mcg 143%
Copper (as copper citrate) 1 mg 50%
Manganese (as manganese citrate) 1 mg 50%
Chromium (as chromoium polynicotinate, picolinate) 120 mcg 100%
Molybdenum (as molybdenumcitrate) 50 mcg 67%

L-Glutamic Acid (from 100 mg L-glutamic acid hydrochloride) 81 mg *

Phosphorus (as calcium hydroxyapatite) 285 mg 29%
Iodine (from kelp) 230 mcg 153%
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, aspartate, citrate, taurinate, alpha-ketoglutarate) 500 mg 125%
Betaine (from 100 mg of betaine hydrochloride) 76 mg *
Kelp 50 mg *
Horsetail extract (2:1) (leaf/stem) 25 mg *

A word here on some of the unusual chelates. Most of the speciality chelates are produced by the holder of the Target Mins trade mark world wide.

Another product for those wishing to add more magnesium and Potassium to their daily intake is: Country Life Target Mins Mag/potassium/aspartate which contains the following:
Target-Mins Magnesium (as magnesium aspartate, oxide, citrate, taurinate, alpha-ketoglutarate) 600 mg 150%
Target-Mins Potassium (as potassium aspartate, citrate, alpha-ketoglutarate) 198 mg 6%

Eucommia ulmoides: Flowering shoot

Eucommia ulmoides: Flowering shoot (Photo credit: Wikipedia) also know as Du Zhong is an important herb for back pain.

Some additional Pain Management supplements will include some basic mineral supplements as well as herbs and Arthritis support formulas. The first of these is an interesting chinese formula that gives the percentage of ingredients Acanthopanax 10 100 Tablets by Seven Forest. This formula includes:

Wu Jia Pi Acanthopanax giraldii 15%
Du Zhong Eucommia 10%
Niu Xi (Huai) Achyranthes Root 10%

Sang Ji Sheng Loranthus 10%
Song Jie * Pinus Tabulaeformis 10%
Mu Gua Chaenomeles 10%

This is probably a good adjunct to Health Concerns Resinall K. I am going to try this and will let you know what I think, but from the ingredients I am assured that it’s a good formula. It is also good to support the liver.

Another formula for Arthritis support that I have used for quite a while is: Country Life Arthro-joint and Muscle Support Factors, 60-Count Softgels. I take 3 capsules every other day and it relieves my neck pain.  It contains the following: Vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 50 mg 83%

Manganese (as manganese sulfate) 5 mg 250%
Boswellia Serrata (resin)

Pain Management Update

I recently came across a Chinese Herbal site that not only has formulas for various conditions but also explains them in English using the basic principles of Chinese Medicine. So it is necessary to understand the basics of Tonic Medicine for such things as flow and what is a blood tonic, etc.. However, this website strives to explain things very simply. One of the pages that I looked at was very extensive in its diagram of Joint Health and the several formulas which are offered. Note: these formulas can be customized by adding different herbs to the formulas to affect various other parts of the body depending on the condition. Joint Health | Eagle Herbs is worth looking into in my opinion and it has a good reputation according to Webroot. Especially look at the formula for “Migrating aches aggravated by damp weather?” This is a formula for people who feel more pain when there is a lot of moisture in the air, a very common complaint. Below is another chart of The Chinese Five Elements, which I’ve been meaning to get into in my further explorations of CTM (Chinese Tonic Medicine).

Corydalis flexuosa 'China Blue'

This is the first in a series of posts on Pain Management. Please remember to consult you health practitioner when using alternative therapies. These posts are only based on my experience and research.

The first of these is a product extract called: Health Concerns Resinall K. This product contains Corydalis Root, one of the strongest pain killers in nature. The ingredients are Dragon’s blood resin (Xue Jie) San Qi root Catechu herb (Er Cha) Corydalis rhizome (Yan Hu Suo) Carthamus flower (Hong Hua) Myrrh resin (Mo Yao) Frankincense gum (Ru Xiang) (picture at left)

Borneol resin (Bing Pian). This formula is great for recovery from various procedures. I find that it gets rid of pain for the most part all day when I take 3 to 5 drops. A note here. Most extract products suggest you take one or two dropper fulls. I have found 3 to 5 drops to be just as effective and according to some sources, maybe even better to take smaller doses of herbs. Another Corydalis formula from Japan is: Corydalis and Angelica. This is the first step in managing pain. In future posts I will be covering health aids along with minerals and other formulas known to be helpful.
